STORY BEHIND THE NAME/LOGO
the NAME
The name Keeblin comes from a track I first heard during Jason Brown’s part in Eight Tracks (FLF, 1995). Being a huge fan of the band (Dinosaur jr), I thought I already owned all of their albums. Discovering this 'new' song in a snowboard film felt like pure magic. It turned out this rare gem was hidden away on Quest — an exclusive, Japan-only album.
And because the song itself reflects on something that perhaps “could or should have been”, it became the perfect fit for this project. Keeblin Collectibles is a revival of something that deserved a better ending. I wanted to get it right, nice and smooth. The way it perhaps “could or should have been” from the start.
To us, keeblin represents a feeling, a moment, or a connection that shaped who you are — and still matters. Memories, love, and the nostalgia of things worth holding on to.
